Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") describes the terms and conditions for shipping products from our ecommerce store to customers within India. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Shipping Methods:
We offer various shipping methods for domestic orders within India. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process. Please select the desired method that best suits your requirements. The shipping methods may include standard shipping, express shipping, and any other available options.

2. Processing Time:
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and ship your order within 1  business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We will make our best efforts to ensure prompt processing and dispatch of your order.

3. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method chosen for your order. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process. Any applicable taxes or duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time will 5-8 days on the shipping method chosen and the destination of your order. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. The estimated delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or logistical issues beyond our control.

5. Tracking:
For orders shipped using a trackable shipping method, a tracking number will be provided to you via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take some time to become available after the order is shipped.

6. Non-Delivery and Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal to accept delivery, or any other reason beyond our control, we will attempt to contact the customer for clarification. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the package. If we are unable to contact the customer within a reasonable period or if the customer does not wish to proceed with re-shipment, a refund may be issued for the order amount minus any shipping charges and applicable fees.

7. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery. We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs, to assess the issue. Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returning the product and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, subject to our return policy.

 

8. International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping within India. We do not provide international shipping services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from our e-commerce store within India. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and undamaged.
- The product must not be a non-returnable or non-exchangeable item, such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, or personalized items (unless they are defective or damaged).
- The customer must provide the original proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or invoice.

 

2. Return Process:
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer support team within 4 Days After Product Delivered  to initiate the return process. Provide your order details, the reason for return, and any supporting information or evidence, such as photographs if applicable.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product, including the return address and any necessary shipping labels.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Ensure the package is properly sealed.
- Ship the package back to us using a reliable and trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining the tracking number for reference.
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status and process any eligible refund, exchange, or store credit as per our refund policy.

 

3. Exchange Process:
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the return process outlined above. Upon receiving your returned product and verifying its eligibility, we will process the exchange based on availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we may offer a refund, store credit, or an alternative option as agreed upon.

 

4. Refund Policy:

- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping costs and provide a full refund, exchange, or store credit as per your preference.
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size or color), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide a refund or store credit for the product value minus any applicable restocking fee, shipping charges, or other fees as specified.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 4 business days after receiving and processing the returned product.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged. These items may include but are not limited to:

- Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants
- Intimate apparel, including underwear, swimwear, or earrings
